Victorians weren’t given a choice to “opt-out” and most sales of Smartblock have been in Victoria. However, NSW and Adelaide are getting smart meters installed now. Many customers weren’t aware that a smart meters had been fitted. Unfortunately this is the situation. I often ask potential customers to send me a photograph of what’s inside their meter box and take it from there. Western Australia has some rolling out and there are some in Queensland.
